Sales and Marketing Associate – Pune, India

Sales and Marketing Associate will be responsible for assisting and managing US-based marketing and sales activities.

The Sales and Marketing Associate reports to the Manager, Online Maketing Division, Autosoft Systems Ltd.

Primary Focus:

Manage ongoing Internet marketing campaigns such as Organic Search Engine Optimization, Link Building, Pay-per-click Search Engine Marketing, E-mail Newsletters and Direct Mail.
Developing marketing and website content for software products developed and marketed by Autosoft Systems Ltd.

Qualifications:

MBA or current enrollment in an MBA program, pass outs from BA (English) or MA (English) preferred
Knowledge of software products and services sales and marketing, preferably in web based applications and e-commerce, would be an added advantage.
Excellent written and oral English communication and presentation skills.

2. Quality Assurance Engineer - Software

Primary Focus:

Hold the responsibility of the entire QA process for all the products and projects.
Use suitable Testing methodology applicable at different stages of software development like Unit Testing, Integration Testing, User Acceptability Testing, etc.
Use appropriate tools suitable for different test methods during the SDLC.
Preparing detailed Test cases and Test reports for different products and client projects.
Coordinating with the Offshore/Remote Teams on Test processes and assuring the optimum product quality.
Qualifications:

B.E / B. Tech / B.Sc / MCM / MCA (preferably in Computer Science / I.T)
2- 4 years core experience of Quality Assurance in Web Based Application Environment.
Hands on Experience with Test Tools like Winrunner, Load Runner , Silk Test.
Excellent Understanding of the entire Software Development Life Cycle.
Excellent Understanding in design, development and implementation of solutions that employ leading edge Microsoft technologies.
Strong problem solving, judgment and decision making. Strong mentoring and counseling skills on software engineering.
Domain knowledge in E-commerce, SCM and CRM will be an added advantage.

3. Senior Software Architect and Developer – Microsoft Technologies

Primary Focus:

Involved with advanced software development and technical support·

Qualifications:

B.E / B. Tech / M.E / M.Tech (preferably in Computer Science / I.T) from IITs / RECs
6 - 10 years core experience in design, development and programming on Microsoft Windows Platform.

4. Lead Developer – Microsoft Technologies

Primary Focus:

Analysis and Design of Software Applications and Systems·
High-level Development and Implementation of Software Solutions.
Problem solving, Troubleshooting and leading other development team members in India office.
Coordinating between Onsite & Offshore Team.
Monitoring and reporting ongoing development / delivery / maintenance and production support activities.
Maintain standards for innovation, productivity, quality, measurement and control systems required by US business practices.

Qualifications:

B.E / B. Tech / M.E / M.Tech (preferably in Computer Science / I.T) from premier institutes.

5 - 9 years experience in design, development and leading the team of at least 8+ members.
Experience in design, development and implementation of solutions that employ leading edge technologies based on ASP, .NET, Visual Basic, COM/COM+, XML, XSL, HTML/DHTML, VBScript, JavaScript, and C/C++, and is comfortable with environments such as .NET, IIS, Visual Interdev, SQL Server, and Oracle.
Specialized expertise in areas of Windows Web-enabled development environment and solid software development practices. Excellent understanding of how to design applications for optimal network performance.
